We know each other as colleagues from my SAP Labs India days. I met her for the first time when we were in ITPL discoverer building. I also used to meet her for discussions in SAP AG., Walldorf , Germany.
When I learnt that she has become Managing Director of SAP Labs where I worked 6 years before coming to USA for SAP America to gain consulting experience before I shifted to work at a premium SAP customer .
I wanted to meet her , congratulate her for her achievements and wish her the best for her future . She has not changed and she spoke to me very friendly and that’s a nice feeling .
Sindhu Gangadharan moved to SAP AG Germany in 2001 after joining SAP Labs India in 1999 and relocated back in 2019 to Bengaluru and assumed the big responsibility to lead SAP Labs India as SVP and MD recently.
I am so thankful she gave me so much time. Sindhu is the first woman to head SAP Labs India, a German Tech Giant.
She is born and brought up in Bengaluru and she is the mother of two children.
I am glad the first woman MD of SAP Labs is Sindhu and I wish her loads of best wishes for her to shine like a star in her new role as she now leads 8000 strong engineers for new age SAP. SAP Labs always known for its great culture at workplace.
