ಶ್ವಾನಕ್ಕೊಂದಿಷ್ಟು ಮೊಸರನ್ನ ಕೊಟ್ಟರೆ
ಬಾಳುವುದು ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಕಡೆಯ ತನಕ
ನರನಿಗನ್ನ ಬಟ್ಟೆ ಜೊತೆ ದುಡಿಮೆಯಿರೆ   
ನರಳಾಟ ಏಕಯ್ಯ ಬದುಕಿರುವ ತನಕ

ನಸುಗತ್ತಲೆಯ ಮರೆತು ಬಾಹ್ಯ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳು
ಹಗ್ಗವನ್ನೇ ಹಾವೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಯುವ ಹಾಗೆ

ಪದೇ ಪದೇ ಮಂಕಾಗುವ ಬುದ್ದಿ
ಪೂರ್ವನಿರ್ಧಿತ ಆಲೋಚನೆಗೆ ಸಿಲುಕಿದ ಹಾಗೆ

ಅರಿವೆಂಬ ಜ್ಯೋತಿ ಇಹುದೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಯಿತು

Thanks to Prasad Udupa for organizing and conducting through his tool that he is working on Web ex. So far it has come out really well.
Thanks to NaNi anna ( Narayana Shastry ) for playing the audio for all of us to go in sequence.
Thanks to Ganesh Kumar who came online ( all these weeks he was chanting all by himself at his house ).

Thanks to Nikhil Kale who started participating to listen . More we listen better it is Nikhil ji. Please have a script and go through for 3 months. Then you can take classes from our Guru ( Wednesday's - online ) .

Thanks to Venkatesh Ananthanarayana , who joins from Bharata every single week with Samhita ( his daughter ). I truly believe if we do it , children will slowly but surely get it so that they can lead their life in a more dharmic way (when they have children .
This shows how much we all owe to Adiguru. Bhagavadpaada Jagadguru Adishankaracharya ( Shiva swaroopi ) who came for us in human form in 8th century and did excellent work to establish Sanatana Dharma parampare (By writing Bhaasyas for many prakaraNa granthas and Prasthanatrayas( Commentry  for Bhagavadgeete, Dasha upanishad and Brahma Sutras)to help us lead life on the path of righteousness with gaining jnaana ( wisdom ) through his commentaries.

Thank you everyone for your time and commitment. Veda mantra chanting bring intangible benefits that none of us are able to measure for not only us but also all family members.

More we do , better we get as a group. The reason I shared my daily 4 hrs morning routine is to let you know I do yoga regularly ( not only asanas but also breathing technique to keep the praaNa )help you all sit straight on the floor. And also our Guru always encourages to wear panche shalya . Please do wear panche shalya and light a deepa ( lamp ). Lamp will absorb all negative energy and atmosphere completely over a period of time. Please practice these simple things at home . Do not forget to chant 108 Gayathri Mantra ( she is veda maate and there are 108 nadis(knots) in our shareera ( body ) . Sound vibration reaches every single knot and there by all physical ailments will be gone. It will do much more wonders as we age. Ex : krishnamurrthy maama is 93 years and he sits on the ground and participate in maharudra chanting Rudra for half day. He told me some of the benefits of chanting Gayathri mantra (Veda maate for 30+ years).
Veda mantra sound vibration definitely help us sit with back straight for 1.5 hrs like a stick ( ಮಡಿ ಕೋಲು -madi kolu ). I strongly encourage these changes slowly as we have good chance to practice everything mentioned above.
