2. NIYAMA – Positive duties or observances ( Fixing thoughts daily to lead a meaningful life )
3. ASANA – Posture ( Yoga+ Asana = Yagasana = Sitting in cross legged position -90 minutes on the Floor /Ground )
4. PRANAYAMA – Breathing Techniques ( Staying few seconds in kumbaka extends life and relax the mind )
5. PRATYAHARA – Sense withdrawal( Eg: Ekadashi Upavasa)
6. DHARANA – Focused Concentration ( Daily Gayathri Mantra Chanting 108 Japa)
7. DHYANA – Meditative Absorption ( Staying silent with Internal Akasha focus on Ajna chakra )
8. SAMADHI – Bliss or Enlightenment ( Sat Chit Ananda can be experienced )
