Very happy that I met Dr. N Someswara in Kannada Koota of Northern California (KKNC)’s annual magazine ‘ Swarnasetu’ release event .
Someswara Narappa is highly accomplished Doctor who wrote 52 medical journals so far which is in Limca book of records already. It is in the process of entering Guinness book of world records as this news is official.
He mentioned to me that he liked so many Kannada activities that I am part of more importantly having a guru and organizing Vedanta sessions . He also expressed that he follows my posts and liked many of my activities. He said he has read about my writing about our common Guru Dr Ramachandra Sharma TyagaLi . He said TyagaLi is also his Guru for his life 🙏
Doctor is very passionate about Kannada culture and he has anchored his highly successful program ‘ Thatt anta HeLi” from the last 18 years and asked over 42000 questions to participants in the program which is still ongoing with a good TRP rating. This quiz program is a household discussion in many families. Through which he is encouraging people to study about Karnataka's rich culture, About our writers, poets, sportsman, play writers, actors, politicians who is very well known in entire Bharata and also know about the beautiful places of our land.
Good part is he believes in learning from books and he gives away good books written by famous Kannada poets and writers to encourage Kannada literature thereby he is working tirelessly for our language.
It’s an honour and privilege to receive accolades and get recognised by such a great personality of Karnataka for this year’s Kannada Koota work 🙏
